hi i have a suggestion; i would recommend that all paid users can take the unused credits from last month with them to the next month. Batch export, AI credits, all of it. Since we pay for it, just like your mb's on the telephone subscription costs, it is yours and if you don't use it in the current month, it would be best to offer a crossover to the next month and users can use these when the current month's credits are all used. I even have this for my HP printing device. It would be fair to all paid users.
