Thanks so much for sharing your feedback.
I completely understand your concern about the new Batch export limits. Here’s the reasoning behind them:
Batch Mode has become one of Photoroom’s most powerful automation tools. As more creators and businesses use it intensively, it’s essential for us to keep the system fast, reliable, and fair for everyone. Setting export limits helps prevent server overloads and ensures that all users — from small creators to large teams — get consistent performance. It seems fair that if you use Batch a lot, you take a higher plan for it.
For Batch exports without AI features (like background removal), the limits are already very high — most users will never reach them. But for features that use AI generation models (like Virtual Model or Ghost Mannequin), the costs scale exponentially with usage. That’s why we’ve moved to a model where the more you use, the more you pay — a fair approach that lets us keep innovating and launching new AI tools without raising prices for everyone.
Our goal isn’t to limit creativity — it’s to build a system that remains sustainable as we grow and continue to release next-generation features that save time and money for creators and sellers like you.
