November's Update Renders This App Unusable

My name is Stephanie but I go by Hobby Bobbins online. I have a following of around one million across my social media platforms. I'm reaching out because I wanted to send in a complaint about the newest proposed update you're planning on rolling out as of mid November. I've been using this app for quite some time and to hear that you're intending on putting limits on batch exports, creating and enforcing AI credits and are even looking to create more subscription tiers is really upsetting. I've loved using this app but for some reason it is now getting more and more greedy with less and less added to create value. Instead it appears that Photoroom's new business model is to get more money out of your customers with the features that they have already have been offered when originally subscribing. Is there any way to discuss the changes with someone and why they are happening? I'm about to stop recommending it as a business tool.
The biggest feature I use from this app is the background removal tool in batch mode. I hardly use any of the other features. By limiting that area Photoroom is effectively making itself useless to me and many other people who use this platform for their own individual needs and businesses. I could understand if you were making different tiers that would highlight different feature access, such as a tier that has limited credits for AI but unlimited batch background removal but instead you've now taken away the major feature I use on a daily basis while adding literally no value to us as the user in these circumstances.

The new plans we’re introducing aren’t about taking value away, but about ensuring we can keep innovating and maintaining fairness as Photoroom grows. Over the past year, we’ve released advanced AI features like Virtual Models, Ghost Mannequin, and Video Generation — tools that use powerful models and carry real AI costs. To keep improving these tools and make them available to more people, we need to move toward a fairer system where those who use more, pay more — just like any other professional creative tool.
That said, for users like you who mainly rely on Batch Background Removal, limits remain very high because this tool doesn’t depend on expensive AI generations. In practice, most creators won’t come close to the new limits — and for those who need even more volume, the new Ultra plans give additional flexibility to scale. Yet, limits are necessary because if you export thousands of images each month, you should contribute more so we can keep improving Batch Mode.

This! The only reason I use their site is because it is credit free. 95% of my site usage is batch background removal. I work from home by myself, the cost of credits is far too great to be worth it. I also think their background removal has gotten worse over the last year or two, as well as their AI not doing a great job.
