Photoroom used to be an amazing service — especially AI shadow processing (soft, natural shadows) and batch processing. Now everything has changed — the quality is simply awful: shadows are harsh and unnatural, lighting looks flat, and batch processing works poorly. This has completely ruined the ability to use the service professionally. Very disappointing, as it used to be a perfect tool.
